A series of sequential workshops where employees start to embed wellbeing practices into their lives in the simplest of ways. Learning, Practices and Application make up the four pillars of each workshop.

 

PLATINUM

A series of sequential workshops where employees start to embed wellbeing practices into their lives in the simplest of ways. Platinum package includes leadership coaching to ensure wellbeing coaching starts at the top.

Jessica has been running sessions at our Welleing Cafe since October (a group of up to 30 people) and guiding the groups in short meditations/ breathwork/ and gratitude. These have transformed our cafe sessions, and have been so well received by everyone attending, which include everyone from 9 to 90! The feedback from the attendees has been fantastic, and attendees have said how this has helped them feel calmer and happier. Jessica is a wonderful person and clearly passionate about her work, is highly engaging and skilled and I can’t recommend her enough! we all feel very lucky indeed to have her working with our group!

I invited Jessica to attend the Norland Fresher’s Fair in September 2023, as I was interested in her work. It was lovely getting to know Jessica on the day as she was so open and friendly.

 

We welcomed Jessica back for our Wellbeing Festival where she delivered some excellent sessions on managing stress, self-care, and befriending your inner critic. The students who attended gave really positive feedback and enjoyed the free ‘Daily Meds’ she offered over the following few weeks – a variety of short daily meditations delivered to your phone each day.

Social workers left the workshop feeling informed, empowered and most importantly, relaxed. The second workshop injected a musical element into the mindfulness session which made for a lot of fun within the room!

 

Feedback from the social workers who attended both workshops was overwhelmingly positive and they felt rewarded having taken time out of a typically busy day to engage with the workshops at hand. From start to finish Jess was professional, warm and flexible to needs of 'World Social Work day.' Thank you Jess and we would be happy to have you back in a heartbeat!
